What is the maximum duration of the audio?
Audio can be up to about 8 minutes duration in total
Can I have more than one audio?
Yes, you can have several audios as long as the total length is less than 8 minutes. Each audio will play in turn with each press of the button.
How do I configure the Box?
You don't - just send us the photo and audio and we will personalise your box for you. It will arrive ready for you to enjoy straight away.
Can the audio be taken from a video recording?
Yes, we can extract the audio from a video.
How do I send you the photo and recording?
You can send us the photo and audio in several different ways, depending on what is most comfortable to you. Just email us at info@chroniclestories.co.uk or Whatsapp: +44 7399 717 991 or just use our easy online upload form here.
How long does the battery last?
The battery is rechargeable (it can be charged many times using a standard micro USB cable) and each charge will last for over fifty plays of the audio at least.
Can I update the Box?
Technically, yes, you can reconfigure the box with a new audio file if you wish - however we don't recommend it and cannot be held responsible for any technical issues that arise.
How easy is it to use the Box?
The box is very simple to use. Just turn it on and push the button on the base to play the audio. If you have multiple recordings, the box will play each in turn with every push of the button. It couldn't be easier.
Do you guarantee the Box?
Yes, we guarantee the box for 12 months.
